Black History & Valentines Day
Celebration
The Black History & Valentines Day Celebration was held on February 14, 2008 from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Among the many activities were:
A Black History Tribute by Mr. Troy Walker of the Buffalo Soldiers
Dramatizations by Ms. Rosemary White-Pope, Ms. Barbara Noel, and Ms. Margarite Dozier
Performances by Cupid's Seasoned Line Dancers
Dancing
Opportunity Drawings
&
Great Tasting Food
A great time was had by ALL!!

On-Going Activities...

The Fourth District Seniors Resource Center offers line dancing Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 12pm and strength training & Tai Chi class Monday's and Wednesday's from 11:30am-12:30pm. | |

Delicious congregate meals are served daily Monday thru Friday from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Donations are accepted but not required: Seniors 60+ -- $2.50 Seniors under 60 -- $4.25
